摘要：NOVELTY - A filler comprises (pts.wt.) polypropylene resin (100), surface modifying agent (10-150), glass fiber (10-150), inorganic filler (10-200), and antioxidant (0.1-2). USE - Filler for modified polypropylene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The filler improves surface wetting performance, heat resistance and mechanical property of polypropylene material, keeps good corrosion resistance, is environment-friendly, and has no harm to human body, low cost and easy industrialization production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of filler comprising: (A) uniformly mixing the matrix resin polypropylene and surface modification agent, inorganic filler, glass fiber and antioxidant, discharging, extruding into sheet, or extruding and pelletizing, and drying to obtain modified granule having an external surface; and (B) putting the molded polypropylene composite filler in the kettle-type reactor, controlling the reaction condition, and activating for not less than 10 minutes to obtain the modified polypropylene composite material.
