摘要：近年来我国诸多城市提出建设国际体育城市并付诸实践,学术界也展开了相应的理论研究。在前期研究的基础上,利用因子分析法对国际体育城市指标体系进行了验证,构建了涵盖城市体育影响力、体育规划及设施、动态金融、体育产业活力、生活质量、经济总规模等6个纬度及23个具体指标的国际体育城市评价体系,并以我国35个大中城市为例通过量化公式计算出国际体育城市发展指数。结果表明,我国城市体育发展极不平衡,北京、上海城市体育国际化竞争力略高于广州、南京、深圳和天津,6城市已经具备一定的基础优势,但是整体国际竞争力与国际著名体育城市相比还存在差距,城市体育产业发展并不具备国际竞争力,缺乏与国际信息沟通的渠道和话语权。
In recent years, many Chinese cities have proposed the plans to become global sports cities and put them into practice. In the academic circles, related theoretical researches have been launched. In this paper, the evaluation index system of global sports city was verified by factor analysis method. The system was consisted of six two level indicators and thirty four specific indicators, such as sports influence, planning and facilities, dynamic financial, sports industry vi- tality, quality of life and the total economic scale. The development index was calculated by taking the 35 large and medi- um- sized cities in China as the example. The results showed that the development of China＇s sports city was not extreme- ly imbalanced, and the international competitiveness of Beijing and Shanghai was slightly higher than that of Guangzhou, Nanjing, Shenzhen and Tianjin. These cities had some advantages, but their overall international competitiveness was in- ferior to that of the other international famous sports cities. The development of sports industry in these cities was not a- ble to compete internationally. These cities were in lack of international discourse right and information.
