摘要:通过C型环试样应力腐蚀敏感性试验,评定了不同焊条焊接20号钢管在硫化氢介质中的应力腐蚀开裂的敏感性以及焊后热处理对SSCC的影响。实验结果表明:J422焊条焊接的焊接接头比J507焊条焊接的抗SSCC性能好,焊后热处理可以降低SSCC敏感性。
The SSCC sensitivity of 20# steel pipes welded with different electrodes in H2S media and the impact of PWHT on SSCC were evaluated through C ring sample SSCC sensitivity tests. The tests exhibit that the weld connections by J422 electrode are more resistant to SSCC than those by .J507 electrodes. The PWHT can reduce the SSCC sensitivity.
