摘要:以结焦的工业裂化催化剂为研究对象 ,利用流化床反应器进行再生实验 ,用电导吸收法在线测量瞬时烧碳速率 ,回归出了烧碳再生的本征动力学模型 ;采用有限厚度区收缩未反应芯模型对高温再生过程进行了数学模拟 ,得出扩散控制下的动力学方程 ,并由实验值加以验证。结果表明 。
The investigation of regeneration kinetics of coked industrial cracking catalyst was conducted in a fluidized bed reactor. Transient burning rates we re measured with conductometry and computer online measurement. The intrinsic kinetics of combustion was developed. The regeneration process at high temperatures was simulated by adopting the finite thickness reaction zone with a shrinking core model. Kinetics equation under diffusion control was derived and examined by experiments. The method was proved to be a quick and reliable means to measure catalyst regeneration kinetics in the fluidized bed reactor.
