摘要:Implementing bio-inspired strategies into the design of advanced functional materials is desirable but challenging. By mimicking the architecture of dragonfly wings, Fu et al. demonstrated an innovative strategy to fabricate a stiff yet tough healable nanocomposite. Its characteristic hierarchical architecture endows the original brittle material with significant mechanical improvement.
