摘要：基本公共服务均等化是增进社会融合的重要手段,是促进流动人口个人发展的重要保障。当前我国流动人口基本公共服务均等化层面仍存在诸多不均等现象,其原因涉及理念、机制、财政、法制等多方面。推进流动人口基本公共服务均等化,实现流动人口的融合与发展,需要在充分认识问题及原因的基础上,通过理念谋发展,机制助发展,财政促发展,法制保发展,促进流动人口与当地居民之间、流动人口与政府之间、流动人口与社会之间的和谐关系。
Equalization of basic public services is an important access to promote social integration. It is also an important guarantee to promote the personal development of the migrant population. In today＇s society, there are still many problems in the current equalization of basic public services system for the migrant people. The reasons are of the concept,mechanisms,financial,and legal aspects. Promoting migrant＇s equalization of basic public services to achieve integration and the personal development need to build reliable concept,reasonable mechanisms,fine financial system,and perfect legal system.
