摘要:采用廉价的环境友好的工业化生产的阳离子烷基糖苷作为模板剂,在弱碱性条件下水解正硅酸乙酯得到二氧化硅/模板剂的复合材料,利用烷基糖苷表面活性剂的高含碳量,通过原位催化碳化二氧化硅/模板剂的复合材料,在去除二氧化硅无机孔壁后得到一种具有狭窄孔径分布的介孔碳材料。实验结果表明,制备介孔碳材料的最佳反应条件为:二氧化硅/模板剂复合材料、浓硫酸、水的质量比为1∶0.07∶5,氮气保护800℃焙烧2h。该合成方法简单,易操作,合成成本低,所合成的介孔碳材料具有蠕虫状结构并对有机染料碱性品红具有较好的吸附性能。
Composites of silica/cation alkyl polyglycoside are prepared using environmental friendly and industrial grade cation alkyl polyglycoside as structure-directing agents in pH = 9 alkalescent condition by hydrolysis of TEOS .And mesoporous carbon materials can be obtained through the direct pyrolysis of the composites as the high carbon content of this structure-directing agents .When the silica inorganic pore wall is removed ,a kind of mesoporous carbon materials with narrow pore size distribution can be obtained .The results show that the optimum reaction condition is as follows :the reaction weight ratio is approximately composites :H2 SO4 :H2 O=1∶0 .07∶5 ,and then the composites are calcined at 800 ℃ for 2 hours in N2 .This method is simple ,low-cost ,and easy to operate .Furthermore ,mesoporous carbon materials synthesized with wormlike structure show more effective adsorption performance for fuchsine dyes in aqueous solution than commercial active carbon .
