摘要：NOVELTY - A method for multi-point guide radio-frequency electrode neural thermal ablation, belonging to the field of surgical instrument. the guide tube front end is provided with a balloon; the balloon is provided plurality of thin film electrode, a thin film electrode set by end setting region, a middle region, a first connecting part and the leading-out connection part; the end part is provided with a conductive layer of the region or the middle region is provided with radio frequency ablation electrode and thermistor; setting area or arranged in the middle region at each end is provided with at least a group of radio frequency ablation electrode and a resistor; the leading-out connection part led out through the double layer duct by the balloon tail; each group of radio frequency ablation electrode after lead-out conductive layer connecting portion is led out; are respectively connected with the ablation power source through a power switch. it adopts film resistor and multiple radio frequency electrode can be controlled independently, and it can enlarge the size of the ablation area, reduce ablation times, improves the precision and ablation range of control. can be used to design or manufacture field of multi-point high range radio frequency ablation balloon catheter.
