摘要:NOVELTY - Preparation of environment-friendly paper comprises adding high-density polyethylene, ground limestone, polyethylene glycol, stearic acid and antioxidant 1010 in internal mixer; passing mixed material in extruding machine when temperature reaches 170-190 degrees C; passing extruded melt in calender; pressing as sheet; passing sheet to cooling water; airing surface of sheet; passing sheet in multi-roller stretcher; preheating the sheet; and stretching via 2-5 groups of stretching rollers. USE - Method for preparing environment-friendly paper. ADVANTAGE - The density of the obtained environment-friendly paper is 0.9-1.5 g/cm3. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of environment-friendly paper comprises adding high-density polyethylene, ground limestone, polyethylene glycol, stearic acid and antioxidant 1010 in internal mixer; passing mixed material in extruding machine when temperature reaches 170-190 degrees C; passing extruded melt in calendar via a T-shaped die head; pressing as sheet at 140-160 degrees C; passing the sheet out from calender to cooling water to cool to temperature of less than 5 degrees C; airing the surface of sheet via a blower; passing the sheet whose surface is aired in a multi-roller stretcher; preheating the sheet in stretcher at 110-130 degrees C; and stretching via 2-5 groups of stretching rollers to obtain needed environment-friendly paper.
