摘要:本文对载钯氢型丝光沸石(Pd-HM)用作正己烷异构化催化剂的失活因素进行了分析,根据主要失活因素拟定催速稳定性试验方案,以对不同钯含量的催化剂失活特性进行比较。从以前工作中得知,载钯0.5%的 Pd-HM 能够顺利通过1000h 寿命考察,以此作基准预测其它钯含量催化剂的稳定性。实验结果表明,载钯0.25%的 Pd-HM 催化剂也可达到相同的稳定性,并得到了寿命试验的验证。此外,也证明了催速失活方法的可行性.
Factors affecting the deactivation of normal hexane isomerization cataly-sts have been studied in this paper.A reliable accelerated test method havebeen suggested in accordance with the main deactivation factors and has beenused to examine the effect of palladium content of catalysts upon their stab-ility.It has been concluded in our previous work that the stability of 0.5%Pd/HM was exellent since its activity kept almost unchanged over 1000h onstream.Therefore,the stability of catalysts with different Pd contents couldbe predicted by comparing them with the 0.5% Pd/HM by using acceleratcdtest.It is revealed by this work that 0.25% Pd/HM has the same stabilityas 0.5% Pd/HM catalyst。
