摘要:研究了在(丙烯腈/丁二烯/苯乙烯)共聚物(ABS)/铜纤维复合材料混炼加工过程中基体粘度、剪切速率和铜纤维的原始长度对混炼后铜纤维长度的影响,并讨论了混炼后的铜纤维长度对复合材料导电性能的影响。结果表明,高剪切速率对铜纤维长度的破坏作用远远大于低基体粘度对铜纤维长度的保护作用,较长铜纤维在混炼过程中缠绕在一起不易分散均匀。研究发现,选用合适的加工工艺,原始长度较短的铜纤维在混炼后仍然可以保持一定的长度,并且由此制得的复合材料导电性能优于由原始长度较长的铜纤维制得的复合材料。
The effects of viscosity of matrix, shear rate and initial fiber length on the length of copper fiber after mixing during the processing of ABS/eopper fiber composite were studied, and the influence of the length of copper fiber after mixing on the conductive property of composite was discussed. The results indicated that the destructive effect of high shear rate on copper fiber length was much larger than the protective effect of low viscosity, and copper fiber with long initial length enwound during mixing and it was difficult to disperse in the matrix. The research found that copper fiber with short initial length could maintain long length after mixing when choosing an appropriate processing technique, and the conductive property of the composite made by short copper fiber was better than that of composite made by long copper fiber.
