摘要：NOVELTY - Mother liquor of sclareolide is mixed with methanol or ethanol, placed in polystyrene-type macroporous absorption resin, absorbed and filtered. The obtained filtrate is placed in polyacrylate-type macroporous absorption resin, absorbed, filtered, washed using buffer solution and deionized, placed in chromatographic column, eluted using mixture of monobasic fatty alcohol, aliphatic-type saturated hydrocarbon compound and aliphatic-type ester compound as elution liquid and distilled. The obtained crude sclareolide is crystallized and purified, to obtain sclareolide. USE - Preparation of sclareolide. ADVANTAGE - The method provides sclareolide in high yield, by simple process without affecting the environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Sclareol is oxidized, and obtained crude product of sclareolide is crystallized. The pure product of sclareolide is recycled, and obtained crystallized mother liquor is mixed with methanol or ethanol. The resultant mixture is placed in polystyrene-type macroporous absorption resin, absorbed at 20-25 degrees C under normal pressure for 4 hours or more, filtered, and obtained filtrate is placed in polyacrylate-type macroporous absorption resin, absorbed at 20-25 degrees C under normal pressure for 8 hours or more, filtered, washed using buffer solution having pH of 8-11 and deionized water repeatedly, placed in chromatographic column, eluted using mixture of monobasic fatty alcohol, aliphatic-type saturated hydrocarbon compound and aliphatic-type ester compound as elution liquid and distilled to remove solvent. The obtained crude sclareolide is crystallized and purified, to obtain sclareolide. The volume ratio of the content of aliphatic-type saturated hydrocarbon compound, monobasic fatty alcohol, aliphatic-type ester compound is 1:(4-7):(2-3).
