摘要:以2,2-二乙氧基苯乙酮(DEAP)为引发剂、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯(EGDMA)为交联剂,聚乙烯为基体树脂,通过双螺杆挤出机、扁丝试验机制得人造草丝纤维,采用自制的紫外辐照装置对草丝样品进行辐照交联,考察紫外辐照时间对草丝纤维物理和机械性能的影响,探索制备具有更高耐磨性能的人造草丝纤维的新方式。交联度和接触角测试表明,随着辐照时间的延长,交联度逐渐增加;草丝纤维亲水性逐渐提高;电子织物强力机和自制的耐磨测试仪测定草丝纤维的力学性能和耐磨性能随着辐照时间的变化规律。结果表明:在辐照时间为30~80 s时,草丝纤维具有较高的拉断力和断裂伸长率,相应的耐磨性也在该区域获得较好的结果,而在辐照60 s时摩擦性能达到最好。
In this paper,2,2-diethoxyacetophenone is used as the initiator,ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as the crosslinking agent,and polyethylene as the matrix resin.They are used to make artificial turf fiber with the twin-screw extruder and the flat wire test mechine.The fiber is irradiated and crosslinked by a self-made ultraviolet irradiation device to explore the effect of ultraviolet irradiation time on the physical and mechanical properties of the artificial turf fiber,as well as the new ways of preparing artificial grass silk fiber with higher wear resistance.The cross-linking degree test and the water contact angle test show that the degree of cross-linking increases with the irradiation time and the hydrophilicity of the turf fiber gradually increases.The mechanical properties and wear resistance varying with the irradiation time of the irradiated turf fiber is measured by the electronic fabric strength machine and the self-made wear tester.The results show that when the irradiation time is in the range of 30 s to 80 s,the straw fiber has higher breaking force and elongation at break;the corresponding wear resistance obtains better results;the friction reaches the best performance at 60 s.
