摘要：2008年知识产权课程被列入工程硕士公共必修课程。本文对华东理工大学一年多来的工程硕士知识产权实务课程教学进行总结,分析了该课程特点及教学中的重点内容,探讨了面向企业自主创新的工程硕士知识产权实务教育培养方式。
Intellectual Property course was confirmed as compulsory course of Master of Engineering in 2008.This article has summarized the teaching practice of ＂Intellectual Property Practice＂ course since then in East China University of Science and Technology.It discusses the characteristics and the teaching focus of the course,and explores how to achieve the teaching goals for improving the independent innovation of students and enterprises.
