摘要:NOVELTY - Polyamine (I) comprising triazole ring is new. USE - The polyamine is useful in the preparation of polytriazole imide (claimed), which is used as a functional polyimide material, preferably suitable for metal coating material and anticorrosion material. The polytriazole imide has wide application in aviation, aerospace, ships and micro-electronics fields. ADVANTAGE - The polytriazole imide prepared from polyamine has excellent machinability and dissolves in polar solvent such as N,N-dimethyl formamide, N,N-dimethyl acetamide, dimethylsulfoxide and N-methylpyrrolidone. The polyimide possesses heat resistance, low temperature resistance, chemical resistance, mechanical performance, dielectric and insulating performance, flame retarding and adhesive performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Polyamine of formula (I) comprising triazole ring, is new. Either m = 2; and R = phenyl-1,4-diyl, biphenyl-4,4'-diyl, phenyl-1,3-diyl, diphenylmethane-4,4'-diyl, diphenyl ether-4,4'-diyl, diphenylsulfoxide-4,4'-diyl, alkenyloxy (-CH2-CH2-(O-CH2-CH2-)n); or m = 3; and R = 1,3,5-trimethyl-benzene-2,4,6-triyl; and n = 1-30. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) the preparation of (I); and (2) an application of the polyamine containing triazole ring in preparing polyimide, comprising: preparing polyamic acid (PAA) by dissolving the polyamine containing triazole ring in DMAc with stirring in a three-mouth flask with nitrogen pipe, stirring and condensing; adding dicarboxylic acid anhydride with the same mol of the polyamine at room temperature in different stages, where the total mass of the polyamine and dicarboxylic acid anhydride is 10-30%; continuously stirring them for 4-12 hours under nitrogen condition at room temperature, forming viscous polyamic acid solution; and adding triethylamine and acetic anhydride to the PAA solution; stirring for 1 hour and warming to 70 degrees C and continuously stirring for 4 hours, forming a uniform viscous polymer solution; after cooling to room temperature, pouring the solution to ethanol, obtaining fibrous poly-triazole imide solid; and filtering the solid and using hot ethanol to wash the solid, drying the solid in the vacuum drying box at 80 degrees C, allowing it to stand overnight to obtain the poly-triazole imide resin.
