DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Treatment of heavy metal wastewater comprises placing heavy metal wastewater into the first stirred tank until first stirred tank liquid level reaches the specified height, adding trapping agent, mixing the heavy metal wastewater with chelating agent, subsequently flowing the heavy metal wastewater tank mixture into the second stirred tank, reducing the liquid level in the first stirred tank to the specified level, starting cleaning system, adding water to the first stirred tank to clean the first stirred tank, discharging the residual mixture, uniformly mixing heavy metal wastewater in second stirred kettle and trapping agent and mixing for continuous treatment of heavy metal wastewater. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for heavy metal wastewater treatment device comprising first stirred tank (1), second stirred tank (2), heavy metal wastewater treatment plant (3), cleaning system (4), scavenger feeder (5), heavy metal cesspool (6), 14 valves and 2 pumps.
