摘要:NOVELTY - Preparing dimethyl ether steam reforming system hydrogen structured catalyst comprises (i) providing aluminum in plate or netty form, (ii) with nano pore structure generating on the surface of plate-shape or netty aluminum film of alumina by anodic oxidation, forming structured carrier, where the structured carrier hydrolyzing dimethyl ether as active component and (iii) supporting metal copper, iron and nickel on structured carrier, forming structured catalyst, where the metal copper, iron and nickel as methanol reforming active component. USE - The method is useful for preparing dimethyl ether steam reforming system hydrogen structured catalyst (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The ctatalyst can reach 100% dimethyl ether conversion rate, and has very high activity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) dimethyl ether steam reforming system hydrogen structured catalyst, prepared by above method and has plate or netty form structure; and (2) use method of structured catalyst, comprising cutting structured catalyst into 5-7 mm2 size, mixing with 20-40 mesh raschig rings in a fixed bed reactor, in the reaction temperature of 250-500 degrees C and atmospheric pressure, nitrogen as carrier gas, to a reactor at a space velocity of 1500-10000 ml/(g.h) introducing dimethyl ether and water in 1:3-1:6 molar ratio.
