摘要：肝纤维化(Hepatic fibrosis, HF)是肝脏受到损伤时产生的病理变化。其实质是肝脏受到慢性损伤后,肝星状细胞(Hepatic stellate cells, HSCs)产生大量细胞外基质并在肝脏中过度堆积形成瘢痕组织,是慢性肝病发展到肝硬化的重要环节。中药能够通过多靶点、多途径作用于HSCs,抑制细胞外基质的大量堆积,达到抗纤维化的作用。本综述通过总结HSCs活化机制、中药活性成分、中药有效部位、中药复方抑制HSCs活化的研究进展,为深入研究中药治疗HF提供理论依据。
Hepatic fibrosis (HF) is the pathological change of liver injury. When the liver is chronically damaged, the activated hepatic stellate cells (HSCs) secret a large amount of extracellular matrix which excessively accumulated in the hepatic tissues to cause hepatic fibrosis (HF). And It is the important link that chronic liver disease develops to liver cirrhosis. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) could effectively treat HF by inhibiting HSCs activation, which could in turn inhibit the accumulation of extracellular matrix and achieve the effect of anti-fibrosis. This review aims to discuss the prospect of TCM treatment for HF by summarizing the HSCs activation mechanism and the relative pharmacological action of TCM including active ingredients, effective fractions and formulas.
