摘要：我国的改革开放取得了举世瞩目的经济成就,但收入分配差距却存在着持续扩大的趋势,收入分配问题倍受社会各界关注。收入流动性关注收入分配的动态变化,是收入分配研究领域中的新亮点,然而国内据此所进行的实证研究还比较少。本文将实证分析我国居民的绝对收入流动性,并通过建立面板数据模型,分析绝对收入流动性与GDP增长之间的数量关系。笔者发现:在起始年相同的时期中,绝对收入流动性的大小随时间间隔的增加而增加;经济长期稳定增长能明显增强居民的绝对收入流动性,在短期内收入转移能发挥调节收入分配的较大作用,而在长期中调节收入分配则主要依靠收入增长;收入转移容易挫伤人们的积极性,对GDP的增长产生明显的阻碍作用。
The economic success of China＇s reform and opening up have attracted worldwide attention, but the existence of the income gap is widening, income distribution has attracted much attention. Income mobility is a new bright spot in the income distribution field, and it is more concerned about the dynamic changes in income distribution, but empirical studies on the income mobility in China are relatively few. So in this paper, absolute income mobility of Chinese residents is analyzed, and panel data model is established to analyze the relationship between the absolute income mobility and the growth of GDP. It is found that in the same initial years periods, the absolute income mobility increase by time interval; long-term stable economic growth can significantly enhance absolute income mobility of the residents, income transfers play a great role to adjust income distribution in the short term, but mainly rely on income growth in the long-term; income transfer easily hurt people＇s enthusiasm for work, and will hinder the growth of GDP obviously.
