摘要:NOVELTY - Preparation of multistage pore Zeolite Socony Mobil (ZSM)-11 and ZSM-5/ZSM-11 comprises dissolving tetraethyl orthosilicate, long chain silane hexadecyltrimethoxysilane, dimethyloctadecyl (3-trimethoxysilyl propyl) ammonium chloride, polyethylene glycol ether, triethoxysilyl propyl ammonium chloride and aluminum tert-butoxide in absolute ethanol; adding structure-directing agent ammonium hydroxide or tetra-butyl ammonium hydroxide and tetra-propyl ammonium hydroxide aqueous solution to water, adding to absolute ethanol; high temperature processing; and carrying out high temperature treatment. USE - Method for preparing multistage pore ZSM-11 and ZSM-5/ZSM-11 (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of multistage pore Zeolite Socony Mobil (ZSM)-11 and ZSM-5/ZSM-11 comprises: (A) weighing tetraethyl orthosilicate, long chain silane hexadecyltrimethoxysilane, dimethyloctadecyl (3-trimethoxysilyl propyl) ammonium chloride, polyethylene glycol ether, triethoxysilyl propyl ammonium chloride and aluminum tert-butoxide, dissolving in absolute ethanol to form solution; (B) adding structure-directing agent ammonium hydroxide or tetra-butyl ammonium hydroxide and tetra-propyl ammonium hydroxide aqueous solution, at mass ratio of 1:1, to water, adding to absolute ethanol, continuously stirring for 1 hour; (C) adding solution obtained in step (A) to solution obtained in step (B), continuously stirring for 1 hour; (D) transferring to Petri dish, evaporating solvent in air to obtain self-assembly mesoscopic structure of dry gel precursor; (E) transferring dry gel to Teflon (RTM: PTFE) high pressure kettle, adding 0.5-10 g water in steel jacket gap, control processing high temperature oven for a certain time, transitioning gel into powder; and (F) carrying out high temperature treatment of obtained powder for a certain time.
