摘要:NOVELTY - A trans-activating proteins (TAT)-RhoGD12 fusion protein comprising a 212 amino acid sequence (SEQ ID NO: 1) fully defined in the specification, where the TAT protein is fused at N-terminal of the RhoGD12 protein, is new. USE - The TAT-RhoGD12 fusion protein is useful for restraining T24 bladder cancer cells (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The TAT-RhoGD12 has purity of more than 93%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) gene encoding the above-mentioned fusion protein comprising a 639 base pair sequence (SEQ ID NO: 4) fully defined in the specification; and (2) method for preparing the above-mentioned TAT-RhoGD12 fusion protein, involves constructing pGEX-4T-2/TAT-RhoGD12 recombinant plasmid, transforming the vector in Escherichia coli, performing heterologous expression of glutathione S-transferase tagged-TAT-RhoGD12 fusion protein and separating and purifying the fusion protein TAT-RhoGD12.
