摘要:用市售石蜡包埋过硫酸铵,制成了一种新型压裂液用微胶囊破胶剂。该剂粒径0.6—1.2mm,包埋率约95%,有效含量约80%。基于加有微胶囊破胶剂的蒸馏水电导率随时间的增大,在60℃、70℃、80℃蒸馏水中测得该破胶剂的释放速度与美国哈里伯顿公司的商品微胶囊破胶剂Optiflo3基本一致。
A novel microencapsulated gel breaker for water base hydrofracturing fluids is prepared by spraying petroleum ehter solution of wax onto the ammonium persulfate (APS) particles in turbulent motion under hot air stream. The results of laboratory evaluation are as follows: size of capsules in range 0.6—1.2 mm; percent of APS encapsulated ~95%; content of APS in capsules ~80%; release rate of APS from capsules in water medium at 60℃, 70℃, and 80℃— practically similar to that of Halliburlon's Optiflo 3. The concentration of APS is determined by measuring electric conductivity of APS solution.
