摘要:为研究工业机器人外观造型与用户主观偏好及情感需求的匹配程度,运用感性工学理论,通过工业机器人感性意象词汇确定、代表性样本选取、造型感性意象评价及眼动测试等展开定性和定量研究,深入挖掘典型感性意象词汇与工业机器人关键造型特征之间的映射关系,提取产品感性特征,获取用户的感性意象,并将研究成果应用于工业机器人造型设计中,为工业机器人的创新设计提供参考。
For researching the match degree between the appearance of industrial robot and user's subjective preferences and emotional needs, by determining perceptual image vocabularies of industrial robot, choosing typical samples, evaluating modeling perceptual image and performing eye tracking testing, the theories of kansei engineering was used to carry out qualitative and quantitative research. The mapping relation between typical perceptual image vocabularies and crucial shape features of industrial robot was found, also perceptual characteristics of products was extracted, then user's perceptual image was obtained. Finally, the study results were applied into modeling design of industrial robot which provides references for creative design of industrial robot products.
