摘要:NOVELTY - A dual-mode contrast medium comprises a core-shell type structure comprising inner core and outer shell. The core is fluorescence imaging copper-indium sulfide quantum dot optical probe. The shell is doped with divalent manganese ions and contains organic ligand. USE - Dual-mode contrast medium is used for medical imaging diagnosis. ADVANTAGE - The medium is free from pollutants and is prepared efficiently and economically, and has high fluorescence and magnetic resonance imaging. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of dual-mode contrast medium, which involves adding copper salts, indium salts and lauryl mercaptan to a reactor which is filled with a non-polar organic solvent, reacting and obtaining uniform copper-indium sulfide colloidal solution, adding a precursor solution of zinc and a precursor solution of manganese, and reacting and obtaining quantum-dot colloidal solution, adding extracting agent for extracting obtained quantum dots and obtaining quantum dots with the core-shell structure, and dispersing in the non-polar organic solvent, and adding mercaptan acid, and carrying out ligand exchange.
