摘要:研究了用叔胺N235(三烷基混合叔胺)从羽毛水解液中萃取盐酸分离胱氨酸的工艺条件。用φ=0.4的N235作为萃取剂,相比2.5,常温下萃取20min,脱去水解液中游离的盐酸;然后用φ=0.2的N235作萃取剂,相比为1.5,常温下萃取8min,静置12h便可析出胱氨酸。与传统工艺相比,操作简化,劳动强度降低。
A new process for the separation of amino acid from feather hydrolyzate using N235 as extractant was established. Free hydrochloric acid in feather hydrolyzate was removed by N235 (φ=0.4) at room temperature, the volume ratio of organic to aqueous phase was 2.5 and mixing time was 20 min, then the hydrolyzate was extracted by N235 (φ=0.2) with the volume ratio 1.5 and mixing time 8 min. Cystine was separated after standing for 12 h, when cystine has been precipitated. Compared with the traditional process, current process is simply and its labour intensity is low. The raffinate, which is atoxic and contains various kinds of amino acid without any salt, can be applied in many fileds.
