Pump is set with internal in the waste water pond, one end liquid inlet pipe of pump and connected with, the other end the liquid inlet tube and the liquid inlet is connected with filter. Filter and light reactor I connected between the light reactor I and reactor II between light connected, air outlet pipe of the aeration device and light reactor I and reactor II between light are connected. Ultraviolet light I is set with internal in the light reactor I, an ultraviolet lamp II is set with internal in the light reactor II. Wherein the liquid outlet port and the liquid inlet cooling device of the light reactor II connected, cooling device and between two one sediment pool through connect pipe connect, one end return pipe and second one sediment pool is connected with, the other end return tube is set in internal of the waste water pond.
