摘要:NOVELTY - Reactor comprises a water-cooled reaction portion, an air-cooled reaction portion and an air cooled shock portion. The water-cooled reaction portion is communicated with the air-cooled reaction portion through the air cooled shock portion. The water-cooled reaction portion, the air-cooled reaction portion and the air cooled shock portion all are integrated in a cylindrical closed container. The water-cooled reaction portion is mainly provided with a product outlet, at least one pair of cooling water inlet and cooling water outlet, and a number of tubular bodies to be filled with catalyst. USE - The reactor is useful for gaseous phase exothermal reaction, preferably for the preparation of methane from synthesis gas. ADVANTAGE - The reactor: has improved single-layer conversion rate; and has the capability of replacing the number of synthesis reactors when compared with the prior art with only one reactor, thus economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Reactor comprises a water-cooled reaction portion, an air-cooled reaction portion and an air cooled shock portion. The water-cooled reaction portion is communicated with the air-cooled reaction portion through the air cooled shock portion. The water-cooled reaction portion, the air-cooled reaction portion and the air cooled shock portion all are integrated in a cylindrical closed container. The water-cooled reaction portion is mainly provided with a product outlet, at least one pair of cooling water inlet and cooling water outlet, and a number of tubular bodies to be filled with catalyst. The air-cooled reaction portion is mainly provided with at least one reactant inlet and a number of tubular bodies to be filled with catalyst. The air cooled shock portion is mainly provided with at least one cold shock gas inlet and at least one gas mixer.
