摘要:分析了空气静压电主轴的热源和热传递;用ANSYS模拟电主轴的温度场分布及热变形;通过多步载荷的选取对比分析结果,得出了不同冷却部位对降低主轴热变形的效果不同的结论;并从降低生热和增强散热两方面出发提出了减小其热变形的措施。
The source and transfer of heat of aerostatic spindle were analyzed in this paper. By using ANSYS, the temperature field distribution and thermal deformation of aerostatic spindle were simulated. The analysis results were compared through the selecting of multi-step load. A conclusion that the effect of reducing spindle thermal deformation was different in different cooling parts was came up with. Finally, measures for reducing thermal deformation were proposed from the standpoint of reducing heat generation and enhancing cooling.
