摘要：用声发射监测A3钢板状试样的拉伸过程。分析材料形变过程的声发射特征 ,用声发射信号分析推断材料屈服时吕德斯带的产生与扩展传播。钢中夹杂物对材料声发射现象有较大的影响。
The tensile testing of A3 steel plate samples was monitored with acoustic emission.The characteristics of acoustic emission signals during material deformation were analyzed,meanwhile the production and expansion of Lüder band during yield of material were deduced with acoustic emission.The inclusion in steel deeply affected the acoustic emission of material.
