摘要:针对目前食盐产品纯度低、易结块的问题,构筑了纳滤—蒸发结晶的工艺方法,制备得到高纯大颗粒盐产品。在纳滤压力为2 MPa、搅拌蒸发结晶温度为80℃、搅拌速率为100 r/min条件下,制备得到产品纯度达到99.992%,中粒及大粒(>0.25 mm)质量占比超过80%,产品晶型完整,具有较好的抗结块性能。在纳滤压力为2 MPa、旋蒸结晶温度为80℃、真空度为0.4 MPa、旋转速率为5 r/min条件下,制备得到产品纯度达到99.990%,中粒及大粒质量占比超过90%,产品晶型完整,也具有较好的抗结块性能。
A nanofiltration-evaporation crystallization process was constructed to prepare high purity and large-particle salt products,in order to solve the problems of low purity and easy agglomeration of salt products.Under the stirring crystallization process conditions of nanofiltration pressure of 2 MPa,temperature of 80°C,and stirring speed of 100 r/min,the purity of the prepared product reaches 99.992%,the mass proportion of medium and large particles(>0.25 mm)exceeds 80%,and the product has a complete crystal form and good anti-caking performance.Under the vacuum rotary evaporation crystallization process conditions of nanofiltration pressure of 2 MPa,temperature of 80°C,vacuum degree of 0.4 MPa and rotation rate of 5 r/min,the purity of the prepared product reaches 99.990%,the mass proportion of medium and large particles(>0.25 mm)exceeds 90%,and the product also has a complete crystal form and good anti-caking performance.
