摘要:NOVELTY - Direct synthesis of super-long carbon nanowire through electric-heating catalysis in liquid phase comprises loading catalytic active component silicon chip (8) between two graphite electrodes (11) which is fixed on lower end of reactor, filling organic solvent to more than half the volume of container (5), indirectly heating graphite electrode through direct current (7) to obtain single crystal silicon wafer, cracking at 500-1000 degrees C, gasifying organic catalyst solution and surface layer of silicon wafer, cleaving surface of catalyst particle of carbon atoms and inducing carbon nanowire growth. USE - Method for directly synthesizing super-long carbon nanowire through electric-heating catalysis in liquid phase (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the direct synthesis line of super-long carbon nanowire.
