摘要:超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的测活方法很多,活性单位也不统一,该文研究了改进的肾上腺素法和微量连苯三酚法两种测活方法,比较了两者的自氧化曲线、重现性、灵敏度及测活结果。在严格控制实验条件的情况下,对两种方法的自氧化速率进行了相对标准偏差(RSD%)、线性回归(R)等统计分析。连苯三酚法在重现性(RSD4.72%,n=10)和灵敏度方面均高于肾上腺素法(RSD7.71%,n=10),连苯三酚法与肾上腺素法测活结果的比值约为2.21。
There are a variety of methods for determination of SOD activity, with different units. Two different methods: epinephrine autoxidation and pyrogallol autoxidation have been studied and incprroved in this paper. We have also made the comparison on the aspect of autoxidative curve, recurring, sensitivity and their respective results on SOD activity. Statistics data are made concerning Relative Standardized Deviation (RSD) and Linear Regression(R). The method of pyrogallol autoxidation (RSD 4.72%o) is better than that of epinephrine autoxidation(RSD 7.71%) in the above aspects. The ratio of the result of pyrogallol autoxidation and epinephrine autoxidation for determination of SOD activity is about 2.21.
