摘要：经过30多年的演变,农民集体在整个国家和乡村社会中的意义持续地被边缘化,农民集体对当代中国乡村发展的意义,以及它未来是否还有振衰起弊的可能,成为十分重要的问题。本文采取土地、市场、国家和社区四维分析框架,强调农民集体将在以下四个方面继续发挥重要作用:实现土地所有权权能、助推农民共同富裕、联接国家与农民和完善乡村治理、发展基层自治。
In the past thirty-five years the significance of peasant collectives in the whole country and rural society has been fading.This paper aims to illuminate the value of peasant collectives in contemporary China The author applies a framework containing four dimensions of land,state,market and community to analyze the roles of rural collectives.This framework indicates that rural peasant collectives will continue to play indispensable roles in the following four aspects;Entitling peasant collectives right and capability to own the lands,facilitating the connection between the state and the peasants,and perfecting rural governance,boosting common prosperity and developing the grassroots' autonomy.
