摘要:研究了温度、时间、初始pH值和环丁烯砜含量等因素对环丁砜溶剂热稳定性的影响。提出了环丁砜的改性方法,在溶剂中加入1%(Wt)的碱性改性剂,在200℃,加热6 h,同时通氮气100 mL/min。用此方法得到的改性环丁砜,其热稳定性明显改善。
Effects of various factors on the themal stability of sulfolane solvent were studed. The improvement method of the thermal stability of sulfolane solvent was presented. The optimum condition is as follows; 1%(wt) improver is added into the sulfolane, nitrogen is allowed to pass through the sulfolane solvent at a velocity of 100mL/min for 6h, the temperature is 200℃. Then the improved sulfolane will contain 0.014% (wt) of sulfolene and will be superior in property.
