摘要：社会转型时期,大学生精神健康问题凸显与专业求助率不高并存。本文通过研究大学生精神健康素养的现状及其专业求助倾向的影响,尝试对提升大学生精神健康素养提出建议。本研究在上海E高校内随机抽样,对426名在校大学生进行了问卷调查。研究发现,大学生对精神疾病的识别度较低、对精神疾病的病因认知较为理性、精神疾病应对方式多元化、对精神病人的看法呈负性评价,从而影响专业求助倾向。
During the period of social transition, mental health problems are frequent among college students but few refer to professional help. Here we research the relationship between the mental health literacy of college students and their help-seeking tendency to try to give suggestions to elevate the mental health literacy. The questionnaire was conducted among 426 students sampled randomly in Shanghai E University. Among them, the cognition of the cause and solution of mental illness plays a significant part towards help- seeking.
