摘要:NOVELTY - The method involves determining six random stress state coefficient based on texture Hosford cubic grain orthogonal plate yield function. Yield strength of an index orthogonal metal sheet is determined according to texture coefficient. Combined texture coefficient property of metal material is detected by adopting objectivity theory. Metal sheet weight is determined by using material texture expression coefficient formula. Uniaxial stretching test is carried out. A plastic material strain rate is determined. USE - Metal material strength and index function based generalized plant Hosford yield calculation and detection method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables avoiding need of destructive material testing of research plank plant so as to simplify Hosford yield calculation and detection process.
