摘要：Aging population has been a global tendency nowadays around the world, which results of great influence in social development and our daily lives. As one of the top modern urban cities, Shanghai has gradually been suffering the problems from aging population. Transportation facilities are now conflicting with the current public conditions to some extent. Therefore, to provide suggestions in building better aging society, we target on elders’ convenience trough specific research and surveys to analyze the basic problems on their daily going-out. Then the proposals based on universal design, disable design and ergonomic design are offered to meet the elders’ needs and devote to the purpose of the “Better transportation, better life”.
