摘要:在丁二烯装置第—萃取精馏塔内,应用组合导向浮阀塔板代替F1型浮阀塔板。改造后,分离效果明显提高,塔顶萃余液中1,3-丁二烯含量由原来的0.1%降为20μg/g,满足了MTBE/1-丁烯装置对原料的要求,实现了C_4的综合利用。同时装置的处理能力由6.2m^3/h提高到7.0m^3/h,压降由85kPa降为55kPa,减小了能耗。
The combination directed floating valve trays have been used in the first extractive distillation column of butadiene unit to replace the F1 type valve trays. After the revamping, the concentration of 1,3-butadiene has reduced from 0.1% to 20μg/g in raf f inate due to the separation efficiency raising obviously, which has satisfied the demands of MTBE-1-butene plant on the feed and realized the comprehensive utilization of C4. The production capacity has increased from 6. 2m3 /h to 7. 0m3 /h and the energy consumption has reduced because of the pressure drop lowered from 85kPa to 55kPa. The good results have been achieved.
