摘要：NOVELTY - Carbon fibers are recovered from greater than or equal to 1 object by providing greater than or equal to 1 object comprising carbon fibers and resin and contacting the object with electric current to separate carbon fibers from the resin. USE - Recovery of carbon fibers from at least one object. ADVANTAGE - Internal heat approach can effectively treat carbon-fiber-containing objects to obtain clean and well-ordered carbon fibers with properties that are substantially the same as original carbon fibers before processing into carbon fiber reinforced polymers (CFRPs). The surface of the obtained carbon fibers can be substantially smooth as original carbon fibers and can be free of damage. The obtained carbon fibers are substantially well-ordered and have substantially the same order of arrangement as the original carbon fibers. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for system for recovering carbon fibers from greater than or equal to 2 object comprising electrical circuit configured to contact greater than or equal to 1 object with electric current.
