摘要:NOVELTY - Method for fermenting erythromycin, involves using composite organic nitrogen source comprising 38-42 pts. wt. soybean cake powder, 9-11 pts. wt. cottonseed cake powder, 9-11 pts. wt. peanut cake powder, 18-22 pts. wt. corn steep liquor dry powder, 18-22 pts. wt. corn protein powder, and amino acid content comprising 1.74-5.15 wt.% aspartic acid, 1.72-2.19 wt.% threonine, 1.56-2.25 wt.% serine 5.25-8.01 wt.% glutamic acid, 0.63-1.88 wt.% glycine, 1.88-2.12 wt.% alanine, 0.60-1.31 wt.% methionine, 2.27-3.81 wt.% valine, and 2.14-2.38 wt.% isoleucine. USE - The method is useful for fermenting erythromycin (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method ensures balance of total nitrogen, adequately cooperates variety of amino acids including methionine, valine, leucine and isoleucine, improves fermentation ingredients, and is cost-effective.
