摘要：NOVELTY - Unmarked gene deleted attenuated strain of Edwardsiella tarda uncultivated strain, which is an attenuated live vaccine of Edwardsiella tarda, comprises III secretory system response element genes eseB, escA, eseC and eseD and an endogenous plasmid. The branch acid synthase gene, aroC of Edwardsiella tarda is deleted. USE - Used as an attenuated live vaccine of Edwardsiella tarda. ADVANTAGE - The attenuated virus and the preparation agent eliminates the risks in the conventional attenuated live vaccine and hence is safe and economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation agent, comprising the unmarked gene deleted attenuated strain of Edwardsiella tarda uncultivated strain and a combination.
