摘要:NOVELTY - A fluorescent polyurethane emulsion is prepared by copolymerizing diisocyanate or polyisocyanate, dihydroxy or polyhydroxy compound and pyrrolopyrrolediketone derivative (I) in presence of catalyst, obtaining copolymer, mixing the obtained copolymer with water and reacting in presence of organic base and obtaining fluorescent polyurethane emulsion having fluorescent intensity of more than 4x 104. The copolymer has weight average molecular weight of more than 8x 105. USE - Fluorescent polyurethane emulsion is used in anti-counterfeit label, fluorescent paint and medical applications. ADVANTAGE - The fluorescent polyurethane emulsion has high fluorescence intensity and molecular weight. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A fluorescent polyurethane emulsion is prepared by copolymerizing diisocyanate or polyisocyanate, dihydroxy or polyhydroxy compound and pyrrolopyrrolediketone derivative of formula (I) in presence of catalyst, obtaining copolymer, mixing the obtained copolymer with water and reacting in presence of organic base and obtaining fluorescent polyurethane emulsion having fluorescent intensity of more than 4x 104. The copolymer has weight average molecular weight of more than 8x 105. R1,R2=H, halo or 1-20C linear or branched alkyl substituted by hydroxy, halo, nitro or cyano, in which at least one of R1 and R2 is 1-20C linear or branched alkyl optionally substituted by hydroxy;and n=1-5.
