摘要:在直径为68mm的三相浆态鼓泡床反应器内对空气-水-石英砂系统和空气-液体石蜡-石英砂系统的固含率进行了实验研究,得出了表观气速、气体分布板以及内构件等因素对固含率的影响程度.同时还考查了初始固含率对浆态床的最佳操作气速的影响,初始固含率为1%时,最佳气速在3cm/s左右;初始固含率为5%时,最佳气速在3—5cm/s之间;初始固含率为7%时,最佳气速在7cm/s左右;初始固含率为10%时,最佳气速在7—9cm/s之间.
The solid concentrations was studied in a three phase slurry bubble column for air-water-quartz grain and air-paraffin oil-quartz grain systems, with an inter diameter 68 mm. The effect of superficial gas velocity, gas distributor and internal fitting on solids concentrations were investigated. And the effect of average solids concentrations on optimal gas velocity was also studied. The optimal gas velocity is about 3 cm/s when the initial solids concentrations is 1% ; The optimal gas velocity is between 3 - 5 cm/s when the initial solids concentrations is 5% ; The optimal gas velocity is 7 cm/s when the initial solids concentrations is 7% ; The optimal gas velocity is between 7 -9 cm/s when the initial solids concentrations is 9%.
