摘要：NOVELTY - The method involves obtaining a metal sheet for T-type tensile sample preparation. An intermediate brazing filler metal is filled in a clamp. A welding piece is cut into multiple T-type tensile samples. A test device is attached with an electronic universal testing machine. A heating furnace is connected with a temperature control system. An asbestos wire is coupled to a thermocoupler. The temperature control system is connected with a display system. An elastic modulus of a base material is determined. USE - Brazing jointer mechanical property testing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables satisfying actual structure stress condition in accordance with a T-type joint sample, ensuring simple testing method, automatic data acquisition, low manual operation error and providing more efficient and more accurate result. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The base material is carbon steel, metal material of copper alloy or titanium alloy. The electronic universal testing machine is a CMT5504-type electronic universal test machine.
