摘要:NOVELTY - A spiro-bisimine is new. USE - The spiro bisimine is useful as catalyst of the carbene of silicon-hydrogen bonds dissymmetrical inverting reaction with the organic solvent (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The spiro bisimine has high activity and enantioselectivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A spiro-bisimine of formula (I) is new. n = 0-3; and R1-R10 = H, 1-8C alkyl, halogenated alkyl, 1-8C alkoxy, 2-8C acyl-oxy, 1-8C acyl, 2-8C ester base, halogen, phenyl, 1-8C alkyl substituted phenyl, hydroxy substituted phenyl, 1-8C alkoxy substituted phenyl, 2-8C acyl-oxy substituted phenyl, halophenyl, amino substituted phenyl, 1-8C acyl amino substituted phenyl, bi-1-8C alkyl amino substituted phenyl, 1-8C acyl substituted phenyl, 2-8C ester base substituted phenyl, naphthyl, furanyl, thienyl, or combination of alicyclic ring or aromatic ring. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) the preparation method of the spiro-bisimine, comprising uniformly mixing the copper compound and chiral spiro-bisimine with organic solvent, stirring for 1-10 hours under the protection of nitrogen and hydrogen; where the temperature of the reaction is 0-50 degrees C; and the mole ratio of the copper lead body and chiral spiro bis-imine is 1:1.2, and (2) the chiral complex of spiro-bisimine and copper of formula (3) produced by reacting spiro-bisimine of formula (1) and copper compound. R1-R10 = as for formula (1); q = 0-1; m = 0-1; q+m = 1-2; X, Y = halogen, 1-8C carboxylate, sulfate, tetra-3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl boron, tetra(perfluoro-tert-butoxy) aluminate, silver hexafluorophosphate, silver hexafluoroantimonate, silver tetrafluoroborate or silver trifluoromethane sulfonate.
