摘要:NOVELTY - A polymer (I, II) have photoactive reversible solubility for forming phase. The polymer (I) has viscosity average molecular weight of 105-106, and is formed by random copolymerization of isocyanato group-containing monomer (1), carboxylic group-containing monomer (2), keto-containing monomer (3) and copper-containing monomer (4). The polymer (II) has viscosity average molecular weight of 104-105, and is formed by random copolymerization of isocyanato group-containing monomer (5), carboxylic group-containing monomer (6) and monomer (4). USE - Polymer is used for photoactive renewable two-water phase for separation of biological product (both claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polymer is manufactured by economically by simple method, and is recycled efficiently. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A polymer (I, II) have photoactive reversible solubility for forming phase. The polymer (I) has viscosity average molecular weight of 105-106, and is formed by random copolymerization of isocyanato group-containing monomer of formula: H2=CH-C(=O)-N-R1 (1), carboxylic group-containing monomer of formula: H3C-C(=R2)-C(=O)-O-CH2-CH2-CH2-CH3 (2), keto-containing monomer of formula: H2C=CH-CH2-C(=O)-OR3 (3) and copper-containing monomer of formula (4) in mol ratio of 100-80:4-2:1:6-10. The polymer (II) has viscosity average molecular weight of 104-105, and is formed by random copolymerization of isocyanato group-containing monomer of formula: H2=CH-C(=O)-N-CH(-CH3)-R7 (5), carboxylic group-containing monomer of formula: H3C-C(=CH2)-C(=O)-O-CH2-CH2-R7 (6), carboxylic group-containing monomer of formula: H3C-C(=CH2)-C(=O)-O-CH2-CH2-R8 (7) and copper-containing monomer of formula (4) in mol ratio of 15-20:4-2:1:4-2. R1,R2,R6,R7=H or 1-6C alkyl; R3,R8=H or 1-4C alkyl; R4=CH3 or CHO;and R5=COOH, COONa or COOK. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of polymer (I, II), which involves polymerizing monomer of formula (1-4) and monomer of formula (4, 5-7) in solvent under inert gas at 50-80 degrees C using initiator which is azobisisobutyronitrile.
