摘要:针对运行了20万h的加氢反应器接管弯头材料2.25Cr-1Mo钢,测试了其低温拉伸性能、夏比V型缺口冲击功及断裂韧性;在此基础上,得到了其主曲线的参考温度,通过进一步预测得到了该钢在整个韧脆转变区的断裂韧度分布。结果表明:2.25Cr-1Mo钢主曲线的参考温度为-154℃;经过20万h的运行,该钢仍具有充足的韧性;验证了主曲线方法对非核电用2.25Cr-1Mo钢的适用性。
The tensile properties,Charpy V-notch impact energy and fracture toughness of 2.25Cr-1Mo steel,which was used in piping elbow of hydrogenation reactor for 200 000 h,were tested at cryogenic temperature.Based on these tests,the master curve reference temperature T0 of the steel was obtained,and the fracture toughness distribution in the whole ductile-brittle transition temperature zones was got.The results show that the master curve reference temperature of 2.25Cr-1Mo steel was-154 ℃,the material of elbow still had good toughness after 200 000 hservice.The applicability of Master Curve method to 2.25Cr-1Mo steel which is not used in nuclear power is validated.
