摘要：本文介绍了一个高分子材料化学实验——丙烯酸类压敏胶黏剂的合成与性能测试。该实验内容涉及精细化工、材料化学、高分子材料和材料工艺学的相关学科综合知识,通过功能材料的制备、成型和测试的全过程训练,培养学生综合运用化学和材料学理论知识、分析方法和研究思路解决实际问题的能力。
In this paper, a polymer materials chemistry experiment of synthesis and performance measurement of acrylic pressure sensitive adhesives is introduced. The experiment involves the related comprehensive knowledge of Fine Chemical, Materials Chemistry, Polymer Materials, and Materials Technology. The whole training which includes the process of the functional material preparation, prototyping and testing can help students improve their ability in solving practical problems by using the knowledge, analysis methods and research ideas of Chemistry and Materials Chemistry.
