摘要:外冷技术是实现铝材超薄快速铸轧的关键技术之一,即通过在铸轧过程中对辊套外表面进行强制冷却来提高系统的冷却能力。因此,采用各种外冷条件所能得到的界面换热能力是外冷技术研究的关键内容。从台架试验出发,研究各种外冷条件对辊套温度的影响规律,并通过对辊套非稳定温度场的仿真分析,确定各种外冷条件下的界面传热系数,为外冷技术的进一步发展提供了基础;对于解决工程热物理过程的界面问题,提供了一种新的思维方法。
Extermal cooling technology is one of the key technology to realize fast-cast-rolling pro cess of a-lu mini um,that is through compulsive cooling on the outside surface of rollers to improve the cooling abili-ty of system during cast-rolling,so the interface heat transfer coefficient is the important factor for the ex ternal cooling tech nology under varied external cooling conditions.Started from the platform tests,the in-flu ence regular of varied external cooling conditions on the roller temperature field is researched.Through simulating analysis for unstable temperature field of the roller,the interface heat transfer coefficient under the conditions of aerial nature cooling and compulsive cooling are determined.This research provided the basis for further development of the cooling technology,and also provided a kind of new thought method to re solve the interface problem of engineering heat physics process.
