摘要：NOVELTY - A small interfering RNA (siRNA) targeting cyclin-dependent kinase-like5 (CDKL5) is new. USE - The siRNA and shRNA are used in the preparation of a medicament for preventing or treating gliomas (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An siRNA targeting CDKL5 comprises a sense strand comprising ggagccuauggaguuguac (SEQ ID NO. 1) and an antisense strand comprising guacaacuccauaggcucc (SEQ ID NO. 2), where the sequences are given in the specification. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is a short hairpin RNA (shRNA) targeting CDKL5 comprises a sense strand comprising a defined nucleotide sequence of 55 bp (SEQ ID NO. 3) and an antisense strand comprising a defined nucleotide sequence of 58 bp (SEQ ID NO. 4), where the sequences are given in the specification.
